For more than two decades Mr. Weaver has provided excellent care and services in all forms of private practice. After receiving multiple degrees from the University of Tulsa in history, world religion and secondary education, Mr. Weaver spent a year teaching school; before coming home to Arkansas and receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Currently serving his 13th year as the elected City Attorney and Prosecutor for Eureka Springs, Arkansas, Mr. Weaver knows the ebbs and flows of the Courtroom from both sides of the playing field. He is licensed to practice in Arkansas State Courts, Arkansas Federal Courts and the Eight Circuit Federal Court. He has represented thousands of clients in civil and criminal cases. He has served as counsel in both State and Federal Appellate Courts. Mr. Weaver was born and raised in Rogers, AR. He currently lives in Eureka Springs with his wife, Lori, and their two sons, James and Taylor. Lori is a former Eureka Springs City Council Alderman and John Brown University Graduate. James is currently attending Northwest Arkansas Community Collage as an honor student in English. Taylor is a Junior at Eureka Springs High School. Mr. Weaver, additionally, is the founder and pastor of the Signposts to Heaven Radio Ministry. He is a current and/or former member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Arkansas City Attorney Association, the local Debtor-Creditor Bar, the Benton County Bar and the Carroll County Bar.
